You'll learn fondant techniques like covering a cake, cutting shapes and painting in this course, along with the basics of creating gum paste flowers.

Class recommended for ages 16 and up. Younger children are welcome to register, but must be attending with a paying adult.

Prerequisite: Buttercream for Beginners

  • 2 - 8 in. Cake Circles
  • 9 in. Angled Spatula
  • Cutting tool or small knife

  • Solid vegetable shortening
  • 1 tablespoon EACH of cornstarch and confectioners' sugar in small sealable bowls
  • Small sealable container for gum glue adhesive
